STUHI is built and run by young people who choose to take responsibility and build. The Core Team and Teams are responsible for running STUHI day to day, from community and events to partnerships, technology and expansion. Together, they turn the idea of STUHI into a movement that can grow across Europe.

Team members commit to building STUHI for at least one year. While working with STUHI, they gain direct access to founders, investors, mentors and the wider startup ecosystem, learning from people who have already built what they are trying to build and becoming part of the community they want to shape.
Joining STUHI is not simply about taking on a role. It is an opportunity to take responsibility, build real things and help shape the next generation of founders, builders and creators across Europe.

Volunteering here isn’t fetching coffee or stuffing goodie bags. You’re in the room with founders, engineers and the people actually building things. And you leave with stuff you genuinely made, not a list of events you turned up to.

Ready to jump in
Applications are closed for now. When the next round opens, this is where it happens.
Application pageDo I need experience?
No. We make space for people who make things happen, not for people with the longest CV. If you're eager to learn and ready to own something real, you're most likely qualified.
Is it paid?
No. Volunteer positions are unpaid.
How much time does it take?
Depends on the role and your availability. Core-team roles ask for a steady weekly commitment, while lighter roles, such as School Ambassador, are more on the flexible side. We'd rather you do one thing well than burn out on five.
Can I volunteer remotely?
Some roles, especially partnership-heavy ones, can be done remotely, while others ask you to attend events and engage with the community on site.
How old do I need to be?
14–19 years old. STUHI is built by high-schoolers for high-schoolers.
What do I actually get out of it?
Experience. You're in the room with founders and engineers. You'll ship things with real impact and leave with a network and a portfolio you didn't have to invent internships for.
